Learn to make spicy, fermented Korean style Kimchi with Geraldine and Sam from the Wholefoods Fermenting Group.
In this hands-on workshop everyone will make a jar of kimchi to take home. A vegan option will also be available. We will discuss safe fermenting methods and show you all the equipment that you need to ferment a variety of vegetables easily at home.
